Cancellation Policy

If a customer wishes to cancel an order, they must notify Towne Pizza immediately by phone at (780) 761-0360 with the appropriate order number or addition information if requested. If Towne Pizza accepts your cancellation, please view the Refund Policy below. If Towne Pizza rejects your cancellation, for example because preparation of the order has been completed, delivery or pick-up has been completed, and/or delivery personnel has already been dispatched, the order may not be cancelled or refunded.

Refund Policy

If an order has been approved for cancellation, Towne Pizza will refund the full order amount within 14 days and an email will be sent out to you.
